I had to stay at this hotel due to its location, which was very convenient for my needs. On the upside, the rooms were clean, and there was an elevator servicing all 3 floors. However, the strong bad odor and dim lighting made the stay less comfortable.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the location to be very convenient, perfect for a quick layover near IAH airport. The rooms, however, were very plain, had a musty smell, and the bathroom was filthy. The staff, especially the gal at the desk, was super friendly and accommodating, arranging a taxi for our morning trip to the airport. The dining was basic, but sufficient for my needs, while the facilities were average.
My stay at the hotel had mixed experiences. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the constant noise from barking dogs and slamming doors made it impossible to sleep. The smell of smoke from another room was also unpleasant. However, the price was reasonable. The service was rude and dismissive, which affected my overall experience negatively.
